The North Penn Community Health Foundation focuses its attention on grantmaking and community involvement in the Greater North Penn and Indian Valley communities of Montgomery County Pennsylvania. The foundation offers grant support to health and human services organizations that serve the needs of local residents and organizations in its community.

The board of directors adopted its strategic plan in January 2010 and intends to strategically focus its grants activities by providing grant support to its strategic partners and others striving to offer high quality, high impact and cost-effective services to targeted low- and moderate-income populations.

    The foundation’s grantmaking priorities are:
    • Promoting access to quality health and human services
    • Promoting disease prevention and wellness
    • Strengthening organizational effectiveness and partnerships
